I am looking for books or websites with interior and exterior photographs of traditional (pre-war to hundreds of years old) Scandinavian (Finnish, Norwegian, etc.) homes. Can anyone recommend any?

I was just in Malmo, Sweden but the pictures I took are ULTRA modern. Lots of glass and square design. I can send you a few if you like but I wouldn't call them traditional.
Thanks for the offer but I'm looking for wwod and stone, not glass and steel :)
There is a book called something like Scandanavian Style-has lots of interior stuff. Based on my recollection of my grandfathers farm, the parts not destroyed during the war, there was lots of log cabin type structures and very simple structures with gable end roofs, wood clap siding, raised off the ground a couple of feet so you could get out when the snow hit.
Google Saarineen for some historic Finnish structures.

This was Saarineen's home.
Much of the Finland was destroyed during the war and there is lot of modern stuff.
Let us know what you find
