Let me start by saying I didn’t post this in classifieds because I’m not listing it yet, at this point I’m asking for advice / imput.
Awhile back I bought and renovated this office trailer. Gutted it, painted it inside and out, new cabinets, new carpet and lights. My friend’s place, where I kept it, is going on the market…so I’d like to sell or rent it.
It’s small, about 8 x 10. It’s set up with a plan table and work stations for two people, and is very comfortable for two people to work in.
I have about 3.5K into it. What do you think I should list it for? Its in good shape, although an older model. Anyone here ever rent one of these? What do they rent for? I have no idea, but need to do something. Thanks!

Here it is on the jobsite. I had it set up with a porch, arbor, and potted plants. People thought it was the sales office!
I feel like I'm parting ways with an old friend! =( But there are no jobs requiring it on my horizon.

How about the 3.4k you bought it for. To me that would be an ideal size for a contractor to have that is building a tract!
What do I know though?
Look at Mobile Mini for rental prices. We have a 20' container. 4 windows and a door. No tables. But, it has a heater/air on the end. Rents about $205/mo. They want something crazy like 18-20k to buy.
I'm looking at buying a container and putting a couple windows and a door. I figure about 4-5k.
Your setup is nicer than any of this
Put a loft bed in it. Park it next to a water view and sell it as a studio condo.
It won't look so clean and tidy after I get done towing it behind me to the jobsite every day, so I'll pass on making an offer.
Nice job though!
