I helped a friend with a TREX deck a few winters ago. some in fo we got from the distributor stated that for a winter instalation we shuld space the decking with a carpenters pencil. Seems a little excessive to me. Maybe indicative of a swelling problem.
By the way, it was in New Jersey, same as the law suit. Or should I say New Jersey, land of the law suit.
I think the stuff is junk and wouldn't put it on a deck for my kids play house let alone a real deck.
