   That's a Frank Gehry building, locally called Fred and Ginger (actually, it's ING Nederladen Bank - 1992-1996). It's in Prague in the Czech Republic.

   I'm not sure, but he is a naturalized US citizen....There is a Gehry building here in Cleveland at Case Western University...Unusual, but gorgeous inside....
