Typical hourly rates for junior and senior design / architect staff in SF?

We are planning a major remodel in San Francisco, and I’d like to compare the design staff labor rates we’ve been quoted by our design/build firm to the rates others have received from architects and design/build.
Here are the four titles, and respective hourly rates, we got – can you share what titles and rates you’ve seen for major remodel work in or near San Francisco?
- Design Director = $195.00 per hour
- Senior Designer =$175.00
- Intermediate Designer = $ 115.00
- Interior Designer = $ 115.00

When rent is $4,000....$115 an hour sounds like you're getting a good deal.
Design Director = $250.00 per hour
Senior Designer =$195.00+
Intermediate Designer = $ 135.00
Interior Designer = $ 115.00
^ Typical rates in SF now and these will be increasing in the New year to match inflation.
