It depends on the tape -- it might be better to use nice gooey flashing tape rather than Tyvek "sheathing" tape, as the latter will not stick that well to the beaverboard. And the tape edge should be stapled to the beaverboard to assure it will remain attached.
The beaverboard won't hurt the Tyvek, and tar paper will work no better than Tyvek.
interesting question
Mostly the black part of blackboard is asphalt. Some types have more asphalt than others. I would expect that tyvek will work over most if not all types but I know for sure 15# felt will.
The tyvek tape would probably not work at all, the self adhesive flashing tape maybe would stick to blackboard.
I wouldn't worry a whole lot about it if you don't have leakage issues already. Blackboard isn't structurally all that great but isn't a slacker about getting wet.
