I have a gorgeous granite farmhouse sink and a granite undermount sink for the island. I understand I can’t use laminate with undermount sinks. I am thinking there must be a way to use solid surface around the sinks and then laminate that matches exactly  for the rest of the counters. I thought I saw a post with photos about this but now I can’t find it. This is a new build. Any advice or photos would be greatly appreciated.
