Hope all or anyone can help me out.  A while ago, 3, 6, 9mo. ago I believe a Breaktime question was asked about getting projects completed by the wife(s), partners of contractors/do-it-yourself persons et al who would like to know how and why their projects don’t get finished or go unfinished for a long time.  I checked the Fine Homebuilding past issues at the local library and was unable to find the issue.  Does anyone know if in fact that question was in Breaktime or was it another magazine?  I called Taunton Press and the said they couldn’t help me out and suggested I use the computer.   Can someone out there help me.  Murph
