   It looks like you are really in BIG TROUBLE.

   I don't see any survey stakes, so you probably don't even have a site plan.

   And forget about a building permit, that thing no where near meeting code.

   And then you rented it out without an ocupency permit.

   Not to mention the area is probably not zone for mutiple family use.

   Wish I could leave my bags off that long.

   And you may have to take a vacation. Wouldn't want to hurt the wee ears with loud noise.
