Used sheet metal brake for sale – cheap!
I never used this thing myself, but have it on good authority that it has seen regular use for 15 years. For details e mail Stephen Hazlett. I got a steal on it and am willing to let it go cheap.

You just made me blow beer through my nose!!!!!!!!!!
Hey, now there's a copper patina technique I haven't tried... let me know how it turns out.
Jim,
This one is right up there with your wall walking chicken leg insult that was printed in the magazine a couple of years ago when you were posting under the handle of Jim "Crazy Legs" Blodgett. I've never told you this but that was the issue that finally inspired me to check this site out one day when I was reading back over some of my old issues. Dang hairiless!!Kevin Halliburton

I was quoted?
In the magazine?
What's this world coming to?
Say, that reminds me - I never did catch your answer. So, was that your short clad legs sticking out from under those overstuffed nail bags or were you actually riding a chicken? :-)>Kevin Halliburton

Pretty funny Jim
Here is the update
The Post Office apparently has no interest in "Homeland Security"---( or my security) as they have no security cameras.
Neither does the Ohio Echeck station next door
although both places said" you know ,we really should have a surveilance camera shouldn't we ?"
Ahhhh, but the bank, my good friends at the bank, the tellers I take care to chat up every day I go in there------those kind folks are RIGHT on this. Apparently the banks cameras were responsible last year for tracking down some low life that was breaking into cars in another near by parking lot.
when I filed a police report the officer took down my name, date of birth, home phone, work phone ,hours of work. I offered to give him my cel phone number also---but told him he wouldn't really need that as we BOTH knew I wasn't ever gonna see that brake again. good thing he wasn't actually eating a donut at the time cause I would have had Krispy Kreme sprayed all over my walls. I never saw a cop in uniform laugh that hard before.
I know I am never gonna see that brake again----but I will laugh pretty hard if the bank is able to come up with something like a picture of the license plate of the "get away" vehicle.
BTW Jim,
let me know when your un-wed daughter turns up pregnant or your mother dies. I have some jokes ready for THOSE occasions as well. LOL
How cruel of you !!
You know that since the accident, his daughter cannot have a child.
What an ugly, petty, cruel response.

Well of course you're not going to get any help from the Post Office. It's pretty likely they're in on it. If they are anything like the P.O. employees around here, they're famous for taking breaks unexpectedly.Kevin Halliburton

Kevin,
You've got way too much time for thinking up witty answers.
That house done, yet?View Image
Uh, no... and quit bothering me. Can't you see I'm on my break here.Kevin Halliburton

The only reason a postal worker will take a break is to reload.
Who ever invented work didn't know how to fish....
Well, you're probably right - it was a weak theory anyway. It was probably just some wino looking to finance his next bender.
It may be a lost cause but I wouldn't give up on the surveillance tape thing if there's any chance Jim actually did it. It can't be too hard to pick a guy riding a chicken at breakneck speed out of a crowd. Especially if he's wielding a big old stolen tool. :-)>Kevin Halliburton

Email me the address of that post office.......if I deciede to hold up a post office that'd be the one....although...one could probably earn more from stealing in that parking lot....
Be a Polish post office.......kidding kidding

Well, I don't know, Jim.
