Thanx in advance,

Yep, it does. You draw a rectangle with the mouse by starting at one corner and heading on the diagonal. You can adjust the size after it's drawn. Then go to "Edit" - "Crop Selection" on the menu bar. Save. Done.

Actually, I'm having computer issues, and need to back up everything, the smaller the files, the better, plus we are still married, just estranged.

Hmmm. For back up (keepers) I save in the BIGGEST size I have. You can always trim a copy, but keep the originals straight off the camera size. I've since just started gettig a new 2 gig card and saving the old ones full of pics. A Back up back up.
I've been estranged too. A few times at that.Spheramid Enterprises Architectural Woodworks

Hey Duane,Do you use SD cards? I picked up a couple of 4 GB cards, and I think my camera only takes up to 2 GB. I'm looking to swap with someone.

I'd swap my two for three 2gb, or $20 cash. If you want em, send me a mailing address and I'll pop them in the mail on Monday.
I'm cool at the moment actually. But now I'm thinking of maybe a SM card reader..IF I find one, yer on. I'm also backing up on flash drives, but if I could write to a card, the possibilites are endless. I have an open bay in the LT.Spheramid Enterprises Architectural Woodworks

Radio shack sells USB devices that take memory cards (I assume you meant SD and not SM - but what you do with your cards is your business). Basically turns a flash card into a flash drive.I think they are about $15, but maybe $20. You have to pick the one that fits your card, but way easier than the ol' card reader.
