Depends on what you mean by "install".
If I'm simply placing the cabinet, and others will be doing the top/basin and the plumbing.......
A tape measure and a pencil, maybe a level, maybe a caulk gun. And if it will be a tight fit, perhaps some vaseline and a dead blow hammer.
Hand tools meaning those that don't require power....
A level , pencil and razor knife.

Maybe, compass/circsaw to scribe base.
cordless drill to screw it to wall.
