Vapor Barrier over Cinderblock Wall?
I wish to waterproof a below-grade cinderblock wall. I am using UGL Latex and will place insulated board between the firring strips before putting up wallboard. Do I need to install a vapor barrier? If so, what is the best product? Thanks.

You need to start outside and make sure you have positive grading all around the house, good, 10' downspout extensions (or working underground drains.) and otherwise good water controls. That's the mosty important part of keeping moisture out of a basement.
Then, one th basement proves itself dry after heavy rains, skip the "waterproofing" paint - it's a poor mositure barrier and won't last long against any serious water intrusion.
Use a good quality vapor barrier - ask at your local real building suplly yards.
