I plan to build in 2025. I will vapor open fabric, Henry blue skin # 160 over plywood sheathing (2 X 6 walls). I plan to tape the plywood joints before applying the Blue skin # 160 peal and seal fabric on the plywood with 3 inches fiber board continuous insulation which is open vapor material.
I will be using 2 X 6 walls with dense pack cellulose insulation and latex paint on drywall as an open vapor to dry to the inside. I have never seen a fabric used between the living space and the attic. Is latex paint on dry wall a typical way to dry to the attic which will have at least 24 inches of blown fiberglass insulation?
Am I doing everything necessary to let the moisture dry to the exterior and interior?
Please email an answer to me. Thanks
