Vaulted Cottage Roof

Building 16’x20′ outdoor screen room, 4/12 cottage roof, vaulted/exposed beam style.  Can I frame this without bottom chords or ties?

    Yes, You need a structural ridge beam capable of carrying its share of the roof load.
