I’m building a cold storage room in the basement. I’ve heard that there should be an outside air supply but can’t find any specs anywhere for how to do that, size of duct, etc. Any ideas?

I would think you'd want to feed it conditioned air, at least in the summer. Let in outside air and it'll be raining.
I don't know. I've been in a few cold storage rooms and they are always pretty stale. Not much air exchange in them. Maybe just opening the door once in a while would be fine.
