Vertically Mounted 3 1/4″ x 10″ Exterior Vent?

I’m venting to the outside the cold air that my heat pump water heater generates.
Because of constraints, I can only use 3 1/4″ x 10″ ducting, and the best location to go through the exterior would require me to mount the 3 1/4″ x 10″ vent vertically rather than horizontal.
Are there any 3 1/4″ x 10″ vents that are designed to be installed vertically? So far, all I have seen are those are horizontal.

Vent? Do you mean something like a register or grille that is normally used as an air outlet thru the floor, or something else? Or is this someithing specifically designed to be mouned on the exterior, with maybe bug screen and a backdraft damper?
