Has anyone had experience with these large flat shower heads? Ours seems always to be full of water- just touching it sends down a sprinkle of water which makes cleaning the shower a “refreshing” experience! I don’t think it drips unless bumped. Do they normally not drain out completely, or should we look for a valve leak???

Mine is the same way. We have a cat who worships it. Who would have thought?
Anyway, if your's is the combination tub/shower type like ours, just open the valve that directs the water to the tub/shower part way and let the water drain into the tub. The water is getting trapped in the shower column/head when you turn off the supply valves, but doesn't allow an air into the system to allow the water out. Opening that other valve (what's it called, anyway?) will allow the water to drain out of the shower head into the tub.

So simple! Actually our diverter goes to a hand-shower, but it's the same idea...
Thanks.
