Yes, I have two different styles made by Malco. SideSwiper # SRT1 is the older model with a curved grip. SideSwiper II # SRT2 is the newer and better model with a straight and beefier grip.
Siding supplier or the local Big Box will have them. Cheap under $8. Thin, stiff steel with a hook bent in the end - forced into the seam between courses at the end of a piece and then shoved along the seam to "unlatch" the siding. Replacing the siding is done by stretching the lower latch and pressing the siding back into place as you go.
