This is going to sound stupid but have you checked your commercial rental yards . Just call around someone will either have them or get them for you.
I have tried my usual rental places to no luck. Doesn't seem to a common rental item here.
don't know if you'd be interested but i bought some ACRO wall jacks at a very reasonable price. they work with 2x4s. i'm raising up to 100ft. walls with sheating and windows in some cases.
I think I'm going to pick up some of your type of wall jacks Albert. I like things light and fast.
