Trying to set up an old (maybe 30 – 40 years) wall mount sink. Doesn’t have any hardware or manufacturer name on it. It’s got two holes at the bottom where it contacts the wall, but at the top it looks like it was made to slip over some kind of wall bracket. Any sources for this type of bracket or maybe I should just make something out of wood?

I would check out old established supply houses, you may be surprised by what some of those old places have laying around.
If you opt to make your own, I would suggest making it out of steel not wood.
i recently replaced one of those sinks in a rental (sink was cracked and ruined); it did have a slightly graduated brace on the wall that it slipped onto. (it was a tight fit, but i opted for a cabinet style replacement as they needed the storage).
i agree with MSA1 to make it from steel not wood. i don't know the proper terms for the rails and braces i see sold in 4' lengths at the hardware store, but youl find something there you can make a custom fixture from.
make a new bracket out of a good solid chunk of 2x 6 oak or maple, bevel the top edge to suit the sink and screw it to the wall
with a little ingenuity, you could even make it decorative, ie routered edges, a little stain etc etc
rot under a bathroom sink area? on a 2 x 6 piece of oak? no way!! fix the plumbing leak and caulk the sink to the wall
caulking is not a piece of trim
Looks like you don't have the original bracket for the sink, they were made out of cast iron or steel. 30 or 40 years may not be that old to find a universal bracket to fit. There should be two lugs on the back of the sink, thats the measurement that you want to match. Try a plumbing supply house, they may have what you need. The holes in the bottom are to help secure the sink to the wall. If you have a good bracket installation you really don't need them. Luck!
Besides old established plumbing supply places, if you have a house parts salvage facility you might try there.
And I hate to tell you this, but I just threw a complete sink and bracket away a few weeks ago...
Oh, and these things look like a strip of steel with holes along the bottom, and the top is offset out a bit. Attach to the wall along the bottom, and the sink hangs over the lip.
