Pretty sure I still have a roll or two. Didn't know it wasn't available anymore. Pretty much obsolete by the time I sold my business, a long time ago. You need the screw blocks too? Email me and I'll get it out to you n/c. Probably not tomorrow, we're expecting snow, courtesy of Sphere.

Seems to me I saw a few rolls for sale at Radio Shack. Might be worth a visit if you happen to have one close.
Can't you just get a stick-on glass breakage sensor and use that for the trigger? What does the alarm have for inputs and 12Vdc or 24Vdc outputs? If it has either of these, you can also use the continuity from sensor input to latch a relay, breaking the continuity the controller needs to see from the tape. If the GB sensor is normally open, wire the relay so the controller sees continuity (pins 87a & 30) with pin 87 left open. Use the 12Vdc or 24Vdc to latch the switching relay, and the sensor to complete the circuit that energizes the relay's coil. The relay coil needs about 150mV to energize. These relays are sold at any car audio/security shop for about $4-$8. Parts Express may have something for you, too.
I think it's going to be hard to find tape now, and if you do, I wonder if the adhesive will hold for long. There's always google, too.

The adhesive only needs to hold until the varnish dries. I'm sure I'm not the only installer with a roll or two collecting dust.PAHS Designer/Builder- Bury it!
The problem we experienced with the glass break sensor the alarm guy put in was that a bunch of keys dropped on the lobby floor would sometimes generate the frequency needed to trip it.But I want to keep the Victorian front door that I have made and have a visible deterrent to the crack heads
Have you considered making your own ?
Can't be that difficult cutting 1/4" off the end of a roll of reynolds wrap.
Tape that to the window, or varnish it there, whatever.
Fold for the corners... You know the drill.
