Anybody found a good warm pair of work gloves.? Dont need to pick up needles but 8 c.c.’s would work. Have a few injured fingers that really get cold. Bought pair of cold weather Mechanix gloves from Lowes for $20 and the seam bust out the first day and they didnt cover your wrist.

Duluth trading http://www.duluthtrading.com carries a good selection of quality gloves. I recently have liked the latex dipped insulated gloves from either HD or Lowes, don't remember which. They are a kind of bluish gray with black latex palms. pretty dexterous and still quite warm.
I agree with Rich. I have never had much luck with any of the Mechanics Wear gloves. I have a dozen pairs from different manufactures of the latex dipped type. They have different levels of insulation also. They work great for me.
The worst is cutting tile when it is 21 degrees. I have a pair of gloves called Plumbers Gloves from harbour Freight. They are very thick rubber long cuff gloves, I wore jersey gloves then put those on kept my fingers dry still a little cold. thankfully we didn't have to do too much. If I was in charge, I wouldnt have even uncovered the saw that day- to do a whole 10 square feet.
Ever heard of HotHands? ToastyToes are nice too! The HotHands you can by nowadays last me at least ten hours.
Inexpensive seamless cyclist glove liners under whatever regular gloves you like. I keep a pair in each of my jackets and they go on before my regular gloves or mittens. With these on (and no regular gloves) you can easily pick up a small nail, eg, and with any sort of wind-proof regular glove on they're quite warm.

Yeah - these: http://www.palmflex.com/product.php?productid=1746.
I have something called Raynaud's so I definately rely on these to get me through the fall, winter and spring.
Ah, but are they safe when working must be applied??
Frosty-Grip
Um, not sure what your question means but yeah, I can still perform work while wearing them.
