During a kitchen rehab at my son’s house, the dishwasher was used but leaked all over the floor. The kitchen flooring is a knockoff Pergo type . As you’d expect, it is now buckled. Any tips on getting it to flatten again and adhere? Thanks.

It will not go flat again. The mdf core has permanently swelled. That's one of the major drawbacks to the product.

Too bad but thanks.
Been there, seen it, done it, at the in laws!!
Only way to get it to lay flat is to rip it up and install a product that can take a bit of moisture.
