I just started building my new home back in Oct in Texas. Im at the phase of sheet rocking my home and been noticing a lot of moisture in my slab. Look like it is rising up from the concrete. I need some helpful info on this problem.

how long ago was this poured?
Here in Ohio even old dry COLD concrete will appear to sweat on the first HOT and humid day.
Your pictures look like someone got in there with a garden hose..........
