    I'm looking for a successful waterproofing approach to a balcony over living space situation. This is new construction. We have just sheathed the deck with 3/4 in. subfloor and have 4x4 posts for the railing that will penetrate the deck plane. Words of wisdom? KA

    Kurt,

    Find a Dura Deck Dealer in your Area.It features severeal different finishes & looks good. It can also be installed in difficult locations. The advantage is it dosen't look like a roofoing product.
