Weatherproof transition for garage
All, I need some help. Please look at the photos – I have inexpensive manufactured flooring in my garage, and the wood reducer transition molding (not even sure if I have the terminology correct) that was there finally splintered. I took the old transition off and would like to replace it with something plastic/vinyl, weatherproof, because the rain gets on it. Can anyone tell me if there is a product available that would work for me? Google search didn’t get me the results I was hoping for.

Please explain this situation a little more.
You have a garage with wood flooring over concrete. You still have the overhead door. You don't park in there I take it as the flooring would not hold up.
Am I close?
Where does the garage door close in relation to this floor and transition?
Is the bottom seal on the garage door good ?
A PVC product could be cut to fit the application that your wood strip does. It's solid, can be cut, routered and will accept Urethane glue to adhere it to clean concrete. Also, you could glue and screw it to the concrete to both hold it down while the glue sets and more permanently fasten it if you so wish.
However, I never tried to paint it-most common color of stock is white. You might be able to get a 1x4 decking in PVC that might come grey or tan from Azek.
Otherwise, check out the Pemko site-they might have long lengths of a metal threshold that might work.
