I have to replace some flat trim, including cutting an arch, around windows that get a lot of exposure. I’m trying to decide what to use. I seem to recall sign makers using waterproof MDF, would this be a good choice? Thanks for any advice…

use PVC trim -- Azek(sp?) -- all the best Dudley
I was originally thinking of Azek, but is it available in sizes wide enough to cut a good size arch from? I'd rather not have to cut it in sections...

I believe you're after MDO (used for highway signs) not MDF. An "advanced search" at this site will lead you to several MDO threads.
No personal experience with MDO from me, though.

Sorry... I hate to ask stupid questions when I oughta get off my butt and find out for myself ;) Checked the Azek site and found out that indeed they do make sheets. Looks like thats the way to go...
