Can anyone tell me the weight per foot of 3-#10’s and a ground? Also Can you get this in direct burial? Half the job will be above grade then it goes underground and I would like to skip the conduit below grade. The wire will be in airline checked bags; 50 lbs max per bag; hence the weight request. How many feet can go in one bag?

You can get direct burial, but it weighs more.
Granger lists the weight of 50 feet of standard (non-burial) 10-3 as 8.95 pounds. 250 feet of UF (underground feeder) 10-3 lists as 53.9 pounds at some no-name site.
Fly over 100,000 miles a year on United, then you get 2ea 70# bags plus one 50# bag, no fees
Expect your bags to be opened and checked - if you lock them with a coil of wire inside and it is not a TSA lock, they WILL be cut off.
What kind of mystery junk does the junkhound haul around?
