West Atlanta Siding/Airsealing/Insulation

My home out on the west side of Atlanta (Paulding County) is starting to exhibit some water intrusion issues from a second story window.
The window trim is in poor shape and the siding on all sides of the house is starting to deteriorate.
I’d like to investigate the underlying sheathing/air sealing/insulation while the siding is being replaced, but the last few contractors I’ve reached out to are out of their depth when discussing it.
There are parts of my wall on the main level where I can feel the wind blowing through during the winter, so I suspect significant air sealing issues.
