I have a bunch of west systems epoxy that I will need to give away or send to the dump. about 1/2 gallon of resin, and 1/2 quart of hardener and lots of assorted fillers and fiberglass too… lemme know I do need it to be picked up before thursday in NJ…

Prescriptive codes don't address the connection at less common angles, so base the connection off more typical ones using bolts, structural screws, blocking, and steel tension ties.
