Wet walls in my house. What should I do?
Hello. I’m living in an old house. Last day I noticed one of the walls is wet. There is no way to happen like that. I doubt that some severe leaks are there in the pipeline that goes through the wall. What should I do? Need your valuable suggestion, which will really help me

Here’s your opportunity to provide more info and pictures if you can.
Where is this house? What’s the temp inside and out? How old is old? What wall, interior or exterior? You mention water lines, what kind, drain or supply.
And anything else pertinent to your statement, the wall is wet!
Is there a leak in your roof, perhaps, and water is running down the wall from there?
I'd imagine the first thing to do is find the leak/shut off the water in that pipe!
1st is turn off the water to the house and see if the wall "dries" out at all. You might be able to hear water running if you have the water still on if you do have a water line leak in the wall.
next thought is check your roof for ice, your wet wall could be from ice damming on the exterior which then gets under your roofing/sheathing and drips into the house/wall.
you'll have a similar problem if your roof line gutters are clogged and water accumulated, froze and is either melting to get inside or overflowing on to the fascia board and getting in
that's my first thoughts, good luck
as previously mentioned, pictures and details would be great to help you with the problem
