What are my best options in powered dampers?

I’m wondering what the options are for powered dampers meant to go on a 6 inch circular duct?

Probably what I want is normally closed, to swing open upon application of 12 or 24 volts.  I’ve used them in the past – but I had a problem with unreliability. But that was a while ago.

Basically, the application is control over ventilation zones.

    A lot of units are 3-wire, designed to be used with a controller that does double-throw type switching.  That way the unit is only energized when switching modes.
