I’m building an exterior door. It will 3′-0″ x 6′-8″. It’ll be 1 3/4″ thick and will have two insulated glass panels about 2′ x 2′ separated by a wide rail in the middle of the frame. I’m thinking when all is said and done the door will way something like 150 lbs or so. I was planning on using four ball bearing hinges. Looking for suggestions on what brand to use and where to buy them.

Ball and ball, Horton brass, or Baldwin. Get out the wallet.

You might consider a full length hinge. Roton used to make that type years ago when I hung doors repeatedly.
That isn't that heavy. I would just use 4 good quality 4" hinges.
Start thinking ball bearings when it is over four hundred pounds or is a commercial entry where it will be swinging all day long

Three hinges are plenty, but I would use an architectural hinge. Ball bearing is nice, but they're designed for smooth operation on doors that utilize a closer--such as fire doors.
I'd look into the Hager 1279 or equal.
Remember, the ball bearing hinge is a LITTLE bit nicer, but costs a LOT more. Stick to "Made in USA" as those Chinese bearings will not last too long.
Find a Contract or Architectural hardware distributor in your area. They will have reasonably priced solid brass or stainless steel .134 thickness ball bearing hinges. Equal to Hager BB1191 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" in whatever finish you desire. Should cost between $32.00 to $ 50.00 each hinge depending on finish.
Ted, heres a link to what I spoke to this morning.
