What is everyone’s experience with Build Zoom

Hello all, I have been reading Fine Homebuilding Magazine for many years but this is my first time on the blog. I receive a text message today from Build Zoom with a lead for a job. I haven’t heard if this site before and I believe they got my information from the state’s contractor registration. I was wondering if anyone uses this site for job leads and if they charge for contractors to be listed on there. Thank you for your help.

Never heard of them in Ohio.
a couple others email me every so often.
they could milk email addresses most anywhere.
heard of the company, the only thing i know regarding it is that i know someone who canceled service with them, sorry thats the extent of it.
all lead services seem to be the same...
