Thius product is often used as a sheathing and siding all-in-one. If in a seismic zone, you'd have to meet shear waall requirements,
I believe theree is a Bostich and a Hitachi pnuematic siding oil nailer often recommended is aall you need is siding nails.

I've used a Hitachi siding nailer to attach this type of siding for years. I think the model is the NV65. Nails are easy to find and the gun will run forever. Are you in the cities? I know most rental joints rent the gun if you need it for only one job.If you want to go the hand nail route, hard to beat a Maize nail. Just remember to pre-prime all exposed wood BEFORE you install it- esp if it is close to grade- or use a pre-primed panel, such as LP's Smart Panel.good luck!knowledge without experience is just information....
