What replacement parts do I need for these Milgard window?
They’re from around 1999. Unfortunately any labels that were along the track were either removed or have deteriorated away. Any help finding which replacement part I need to replace this would be very much appreciated!

From experience, I would make a call to a local Milgard supplier or to the distributor.
Never used Milgard but did a few repairs, usually the sash balancer assembly can be replaced. If a good company, they’ll still have that part available.
You will want to measure the length of the channel portion of the balance which is metal portion. Then you want to measure the depth of the plastic fittings on the ends and what type of clip/hook it has that attached the channel balance to the frame. This is the info you will need to get a replacement. A good online source to use when i need channel balances is http://www.Swisco.Com they'll have what you need if no one else does.
Thanks! I ended up finding them on these sites:
Original Caldwell part, more expensive: https://windowhardwaredirect.com/products/series-300-block-tackle-window-balance
Swisco versions, but less expensive and very thorough selection of top guides, bottom shoes, etc: https://www.swisco.com/cl/Series-385-Channel-Balances
