HO asked me to fix dripping tub valve. I did not want to take it apart until I was sure I could find parts for it. My plumbing supply does not know; guesses old Hans Grohe. Fixture must be at least 15 years old. Anyone know who the manufacturer is?

Replace it.......
Things look pretty corroded,be better to replace. The caulk job looks pretty bad too. This aint gonna be cheap like they wanted. I think the parts might come apart in your hands as you dig into it.Look at the trim tube behind the handle.CYA.
Is there an acces to the back side for service work? If so you may see a small stamped "GH" in a circle on the valve assembly. At the tub side closely scrutinize fot the same markings.
If it is "GH" there are parts available....BUT their prices are outrageous!!!$$$$$$$ They will cost more than a quality new moen, american standard, or even a new GH.
And even if you get the right parts the rebuild is shakey as the new stuff doesn't neatly fit to the old corroded carcasses left in the wall.
Do not throw good money after bad. I blew 1/2 a day on a GH recently, parts were warranty replacements.....$160 labor later and my customer still had a leaking POS. We drove out to a plumbing supplier and he bought a new American Standard and I was done an hour later.

To nasty to fix, sure to be a problem down the road!
Replace, sure to be quicker, if you have access!
