I voted kitchen, but my wife says "All the above".
I didn't vote because I wasn't sure if you meant us personally at our own houses (thinking yes) or the work we do for others (probably not what you mean.
For us it was bath, then kitchen. Most of the remodeling I'm involved doing for others is probably remodeling kitchens and baths about equal with remodeling basements for living area next in popularity. My own basement would have to be made so it wasn't a pond during the spring before I could remodel it!
For us, the basement is slowly becoming decent office space.But for my customers, the most common is kitchen, usually in context of an addition which allows fo rmore in terms of laundry and bath also.
