So I am building my first house(actually more like a cabin) Have the wall frames up. Do I install roof trusses before sheeting is installed to outside frame or does framing need to have sheeting installed to be stronger before trusses will be giong on sidewalls.

You will want at least a couple sheets of structural sheathing on each wall to stiffen up the wall structure before putting the trusses up.
And you'll want to have the exterior walls well braced straight to a line.
More free advice:
Measure the top of the walls corner to corner along the diagonal. they should match length to make sure the walls are square to each other.
then measure between the top plate of the walls (where the trusses will go) should match at each end and the middle.
While you are at the top of the walls, measure and mark the location of each truss.
place the trusses upside down hanging on the walls (with some space at your starting end) then roll them up one at a time,
After the first two are up and braced to each other, the rest can go pretty fast.
your truss supplier should have included specific bracing instructions. make sure to follow them.
Good advice from all 3 commenters. My 2 cents is get some good books, like Larry Haun's Carpentry. Lotsa good pix and advice. Keep in mind it was writen over 20 years ago, so some details have changed, but the principles are the same, like how and why to straighten and square walls.
This how we do it whether delivered up top or with brute labor.
