Recently purchased the book written by Andrew Wormer, titled “Book Of Bathrooms.”
It’s published by Taunton Press of course. Not too bad of a book. Anyway, on page 110, there is a picture of a bathroom floor which is supposedly made from solid rubber, and has the design appearance of a tiled floor. The author says that this is an industrial type floor.
Ever been to the auto parts store and notice their rubber tile like countertops? Same sorta thing. Here’s my question. Where can I buy this stuff? I am working on 2 basement bathroom projects right now, and this type of flooring would work perfectly.
The author did list sources in the back of his book, but these listings are pretty much USELESS, since he didn’t verify the product associated with each listing. C’mon authors, get with it!! If you’re gonna go to the trouble of listing the name of a manufacturer, then at least name the product/products that they handle so we can actually use the info.
Anybody got a name or address for this type of flooring?
Thanks.
Davo.

Use a search engine and type "rubber flooring". You will see numerous pages. It seems to be popular for disabled people, so a place that sells that sort of thing should be able to hook you up.
Try this:

*Mark,Thanks so much for the info. This is exactly what I was looking for. Endura's products match what I had in mind. I will call them tomorrow and inquire about price. Thanks again.Davo.
