Gonna be hanging a lot of DW in a couple of weeks and thinking of buying a collated screw gun. Opinions por favor?

In older homes like these, the main remodeling goal is often a more welcoming, more social, and more functional kitchen.

Guy that "used" to work with us doing basement had a Senco Duraspin?
Wasn't impressive to look at but he beat the #### out of it and it seemed to give him good service.
I have one on the long stick, but it breaks down shoeter. So it is the auto feed driver attatched to a screwgun body. Can't get the name of it up for the life of me. You're welcome to borrow it if you want to pick it up. Or I can get it to you at JLC.
Ship it possibly if it will help you out.
Lemme know.

I know the one ya mean Eric... nah I appreciate the offer but once I get a consensus here I'll just spring for one.PaulB
Welcome to it. It just sits most of the time. I think I use it about once a year.
If all you want to do is DW, I think there are tools more well designed to the specific task.

Oh? Do tell... you are my hero when it comes to DW...

Must be a slow night here...........you'd think someone else might chime in...........gonna have to get a rez bump![email protected]
I have the corded and cordless versions of Sencos Duraspin guns. I haven't used the sordless version in a few years; not even sure I know where it is. The corded gun is great, more torque than the cordless, not as heavy.
I also have the Quickdrive, but use it only for subfloors. It's just too heavy for DW, imo.
edit, oops, meant to send to OP.
