Which pipe is the vent and which is the drain?

Just want to know which one is the drain and which one is the vent, or does it actually make any difference. At one time this was where the washing machine was. Everything above the PVC coming out of the concrete has been changed by a contractor during a different remodel so I can’t be sure based on the pipe above the concrete. Both pieces of PVC are 2″.
After the remodel this will be a drain for the kitchen, washing machine, and basement shower. I’ll be hiring a contractor but I am just curious about this.

My guess is that the one on the left is the vent for the floor drain. The one on the right is the drain and vent for the washer.
