Which tool Demo Hammer or Jack hammer?

Hi,
Going to remove a bit of concrete. It’s a 4″ slab that I want to lay thin pavers over. I need to make a transition from the new height to the road, a strip section of 8″ x 24ft. I only need to remove about 1.25″ of thickness. Which would the best tool be, Demo hammer or Jack hammer?

or cut, remove and pour new.
I think Makita Demolition Hammer is good for removing a small portion of concrete..And the features are also good..Like
