Building a small fenced area where the fence is white in color. The height of the fence is about 36″, and built from PT lumber. The PT lumber is rather light in color not the heavy green I’ve seen in the past.
What’s should I use to give it the white color, a white solid stain or a primer and white paint?

solid stain, paint won't last long on that PT
Stain it. May need two coats to get the color you looking for but it's easy to do. Roll it on with moderate pressure to get good penetration.
I would use vinyl fencing for my applications.
