Is this a joke post?
If not, no, maybe diamond and a lot of time, no, in that order.
Not a joke post
In another post asked how to cut thru a foundation. The answer I liked best suggested scoring the wall with circular seven a saw concrete blade. I then thot if I scored each side to 2 1/2" I would only have an inch to cut down the center. Actually a sawzall might work. I wouldn't actually be sawing thru silicon but dislodging small particles. Could be the vibration on eoven a dull blade would work. Let you know.
For about 10 seconds.
There may be some sort of abrasive blade available, but the way a Sawzall works I think you'd have trouble with concrete, regardless.
