I Need to trim windows, on some of the casements they protrude past the sheetrock by as much as 3/16″. The walls have been finished and painted, carpets are in. What will be the best way to flush them up with the sheetrock, while keeping the mess to a minimum?

There was a thread on just this question a few days ago. If you look back through recent postings, you should be able to find lots of suggestions on this. Ideas range from using a plane or router to trim the extension jamb, to shimming the back of the casing.
