I am building my retirement home in Northern Wisconsin.  I have a 2×6 wall and OSB sheathing.  I am using 1.5″ foam on the exterior of the wall assembly.  My siding is vertical standing seam steel siding attached directly.  My WRB House wrap is Kimberly Clark Blockit, with some dimples to allow for a bit of an air gap between the WRB and the next layer. 

Where would you put the house wrap:

Between the OSB and foam or outside of the foam?

If you put the house wrap between the foam and the osb, how would you tape/flash the window opening?
