Hi,
I’m about to make some window trim for two new windows, and I’d like some advice about making the stools. The sills on the windows are angled outward, about 10 degrees. What are some ways to cut the angled rabbets on the stools to fit the sills?
Thanks,
Andy

Hi,
Stain stock, Brosco window, don't recall the model name but they are 2 over 2 windows.

you can buy sill stock with the rabbet ....or....
or make your own one pass with a router table set up... or two passes on a table saw
you choose wether your stock will be 3/4 or 5/4Mike Hussein Smith Rhode Island : Design / Build / Repair / Restore
It's pretty easy on a table saw. One pass for overall width, one pass with the stock on it's edge to get the desired angle, the final shallow cut to remove the angled wedge. Trial and error on a few scraps to get perfect fit.
