I have a skylight window on an very angled roof. I also have vinyl siding. I have had to replace the vinyl siding in a specific area of the house because the siding has warpped from heat. I was told from the vinyl siding company that the siding is warpping because the sun is reflecting off of the skylight and hitting a specific area of the siding.
Does anyone know of a window treatment such as a spray or a film or something else that can be put on/over the window to prevent this from happening again?

Sparty,
Shade cloth draped over the skylight should cut the reflectance down enough to fix it. When you eventually replace the vinyl with something that is stable in sunlight, like fibercement siding, then you can unfasten the shadecloth.
